Issue Description
The NIT has issued a technical decision for the link to the allowed-with list. Resolution
The storage location of the allowed-with list has been moved to GitHub in the meantime. The link to the allowed-with list provided in NDcPPv2.2e as well as in RfI#202010/NIAP TD0538 shall be replaced by https://github.com/ND-iTC/Documents/blob/main/NDcPP_allowed_with_list.adoc This TD supersedes TD0538.
